STATUS ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER, 2020

Unfortunately the fire gate was delayed in production – and this together with other factors delayed
the hand-over procedure. This was finally carried out on the 28th of October, 2020 and all relevant documentation was uploaded to the authorities the day after. Following a frequent, smooth and constructive dialog during the entire project period we are pleased to confirm that our Municipal Fredericia Kommune issued The Certificate of Release to Service on October 30, 2020.

Enclosed pictures will together with previous pictures complete the journey of the project from idea to reality. Have a look at the enclosed draft presenting the original idea dated 30.07.2019.

STATUS ON THE 17TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2020

It is time for an update now the summer period has passed.

The outside terminal areas are now as close to finished as can be. Like the new building including the concrete floor, the roof and EL-work. The passage between the new and the existing building has been established – here the fire gate remains to be installed as well as a few loading gates and other minor details. On the 11th construction meeting earlier this week it was therefore agreed to aim towards carrying out the handling over procedure on Wednesday the 7th of October, 2020.

We are looking forward to continue the pleasant co-operation with our many clients and thank you very much for your understanding for any inconveniences the building period might have caused.

The enclosed pictures illustrate the development – also that the earth pile now present itself with a new fresh green look.

STATUS ON THE 19TH OF JULY, 2020

From the project start in the end of March the time has passed by excavation and removal of appr. 15000 cbm soil most of which has been deposited internally in a nice pile adjacent to Taulov Combiterminal. Further more the handling of external deliveries and depositing of appr. 11000 m3 of Sand and appr. 4000 m3 of Gravel and Cruched Concrete.

In addition to this the majority of the paving has been finished.
This also goes for the foundation of the building, the steelconstruction, the placing of the concrete facade elements and the roof.

WAREHOUSING JUNE 2020

We are pleased to inform that the extention of our facilities at Europavej 40 are progressing according to schedule. It concerns our 27891 squaremeter site centrally located in the strategic transport corridor adjacent to Taulov Combiterminal.

The extention involves the erection of a 10 meter high storagefacility, which will increase our storage capacity for ordinary goods significantly and also with its fine transitfacilities optimize our trailer handling.

The capacity for storing Dangerous Goods in the 2 existing storage buildings will furthermore increase as the existing transit area together with ordinary goods will be moved to the new facility.

The extension will also give us new possibilities to offer outside storage by the fact that around 10000 squaremeters will be covered out of which appr. 1/3 with Uni-lock stones for heavy traffic and the balance as gravel area for other kinds of storage.
